Electrical Service Advisor

We’re looking for a someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, diagnosing electrical issues, and helping them choose the best repair or upgrade option. This is a customer-facing advisor role — not heavy install work. Commission-based with strong earning potential. Licensed Journeyman Electrician preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)

  • Diagnose electrical issues and safety concerns

  • Build and present good/better/best options

  • Explain solutions clearly and confidently

  • Close jobs on-site or schedule installation with our production team

  • Follow Mister Sparky’s standards for punctuality and professionalism

  • Create 5-star customer experiences every time

What You Need

  • Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Integrity — we educate customers, not pressure them

  • Comfortable with tablets/technology (Service Titan experience is a bonus)

Compensation: $64,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
