Join Our Team as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for Veteran Disability Assessments
We are actively seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become a vital part of our team. In this fulfilling role, you will perform essential medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of their disability benefits process. Your responsibilities will include conducting focused, in-person physical exams and meticulously reviewing medical records to ensure accurate documentation for the VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
- Thoroughly review and analyze electronic medical records using a secure web portal.
- Accurately document exam findings and complete all necessary VA forms.
- Provide medical opinions based on your thorough assessment findings.
Important Note: This role focuses solely on assessments and documentation. Treatment or prescribing medications is not part of this position. Disability determinations will be made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time (5 days/week)
- Location: In-person role.
- Caseload: 3-5 Veterans per day.
- Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary documentation tools.

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Comfort and ease using technology for record review and documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
