As our Nursing Leadership Assistant Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating our nursing staff to uphold the highest standards of patient care and adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Managing staffing and training programs to develop a skilled and supportive nursing workforce.
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications Required:
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.

- Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
