- Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and other entities
- Oversee client relationships and serve as trusted tax advisor on planning and compliance matters

- Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver comprehensive client service
- Stay current on tax law changes and their impact on clients

- Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required
- Minimum 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge across individual, corporate, and pass-through entity taxation
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines effectively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
