Maintenance Technician

Join our client’s team as a 1st shift Maintenance Technician in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This manufacturing facility is a multi-craft role covers mechanical, electrical, and controls maintenance to keep production, packaging, and utility systems running safely and efficiently, requiring electro-mechanical expertise.
What you’ll do:
- - Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment including packaging, metal detection, case packing, and palletizing
- - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- - Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- - High School Diploma or GED
- - 3+ years industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food/beverage or sanitary environments
- - Strong skills with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, 480 VAC power, pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematic reading
