ABOUT THIS JOB

This position requires an enlistment in the U.S. Army or Army Reserve

As a Military IT Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting military computer systems and operations. You will handle highly sensitive information and leverage your technical skills in programming and computer languages. Your role will also include monitoring network activity, performing regular data backups, and implementing effective data recovery plans to ensure protection against data loss.

The skills you acquire will align with computer systems and networks, network administration, security, and information management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 216 nationally recognized certifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 weeks of Basic Training
  • 20 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
  • U.S. Citizen
  • 17 to 34 Years Old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Meet Tattoo Guidelines
  • No Major Law Violations
  • No Medical Concerns
