About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a psychiatric hospital in Pueblo, Colorado. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability, competitive pay, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health care.
Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, LPN/LVN, or other licensed medical professional

Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
-
Support individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Contract Details
-
Length: 24 weeks (6 months)
-
Schedule: 48 hours/week (4x12s)
-
Orientation: 40 hours over first 2 weeks
-
Floating: Candidates expected to float within different units
Requirements
-
Active Colorado CNA license (must be in hand)
-
1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience required
-
Graduate of an accredited CNA program
-
Current CPR certification
-
TB screening and health certificate per state regulations
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
-
Minimum age: 18
