Physical Therapist - Acute Care (Hospital-Based)

We're partnering with a mission-driven, not-for-profit hospital system to hire a full-time Physical Therapist in their Acute Care department. What Makes This Role Unique

Diverse Clinical Experience:
  • Treat patients across various units-ICU, neuro, ortho, post-surgical, trauma, and joint replacement
  • Encouragement to cross-train across departments and grow your clinical range
Balanced Workload:
  • Realistic caseload of ~10 patients/day-no productivity pressure or rushed sessions
  • Focus on outcomes with generous treatment times and patient-first priorities
Flexible Scheduling:
  • Multiple shifts available to accommodate lifestyle needs
  • Light weekend requirements, with optional PRN weekend coverage available

  • Structured mentorship program for new grads or those new to acute care
