Hands-on training and a great mentorship opportunity Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist: Prepare and post journal entries Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage cash applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments Generate and process customer invoices, maintaining organized records and supporting collections efforts Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist: 2 years experience in Accounting Experience in ERP system preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
