Accounts Payable Specialist

Century Group is in search of an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in the DTC area. Qualified candidates with 1-3+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25 per hour.
Job Description:
- Reviewing and inputting 200-250 invoices daily through Oracle and WebCenter.
- Some processing is different for each vendor, have to become familiar with those processes (attention to detail important).
- Researching information in system for 3000 vendors, so some have a particular process, to match up with each invoice.
- Checking invoices are correct for date, amount, assigned vendor, address, etc. and inputting into WebCenter.
- Experienced working in teams with a good attitude, a lot of back and forth and team helping one another.
- Full knowledge of accounts payable.
- Software: Oracle and WebCenter - Great to have.
- Software: Oracle and Excel.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a high-volume transaction processing unit with disbursements being the primary focus of experience.
- Professional experience in AP required.
