The Roofing Sales Role
Ranked the 290th home Improvement company in the nation, EXTERIORMAX is dedicated to transforming homes with top-notch exterior restoration and remodeling services. As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary focus would entail conducting through roof inspections and assisting customers in initiating insurance claims for qualifying damages. We provide the product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall foundational skills to aid in the continued growth of your career. Our VA office location is brand new so setting the stage high and dominating this new territory will be the overall goal

- Conducting property/roofing inspections to assess for any damages
- Act as a liaison between insurance adjusters and customers to provide evidence of qualifying damages
- Build and maintain relations with new and established clients by utilizing sales techniques to provide the necessary information so the client can make informed decisions about their restoration and remodeling needs
- Develop an effective pipeline of clients to follow up with and offer new opportunities or promotions
- 2 + years of Outside sales experience, 2+ years (Roofing Sales and/or Home Improvement experience preferred)
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with the physical demands (i.e. utilizing ladder to access the roof and perform inspection)
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to document and input information accurately
- Comprehensive paid training for first 60 days + Commissions
- 100% Uncapped Commission & Bonuses (Expected first and second year earners range of $100,000-$150,000)
- $1000 Sign on Bonus *(Installment payments received at 60 and 90 days of employment)
