In this role you will be working as a Service Engineer for a client in the automated equipment industry. This position is responsible for providing technical (electrical, programming, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) support to North American customers remotely.

This position is a direct hire role. This role must be worked on-site.

Job Requirements:
  • Associates in technology or electronics or BSEE or Industrial Engineering Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a field service engineer with automated machinery
  • Ability to work all levels of electrical voltage; single and three phase
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems
  • PLC and servo motor control software experience
  • Knowledge of PLC programming
  • Ability to perform manual assembly of basic machine components and sub assemblies
  • Ability to run help desk and provide remote support
  • Must have valid passport
  • 25%-50% travel
