Position Overview:

We seek an outgoing individual who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is not only ambitious but also comfortable reaching out to new people and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and community events.

- Educate clients on various insurance products and services.

- Identify client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.

Qualifications:

- No insurance experience necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
