Job Description:
The Job
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within an organization. They lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Senior Program Managers also communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges. They play a key role in driving organizational success and achieving strategic objectives.
You Will
Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.
Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance. Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization. Supervises the work of program or project staff to ensure that work in completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications. Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics. Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations. Provides reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders.
Serves as leader of authority with expert-level knowledge in one or more areas. Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations. Plans, organizes, and guides projects and subordinate employees. May be called on to consult in other areas.
Responsible for defining the vision, scope, and objectives of program and encompass multiple related projects. They ensure that these initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals and deliver intended outcomes.
Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee timelines. This includes coordinating with project managers to define dependencies, milestones, and quality standards
Act as bridge between senior leadership and project teams. Maintain communications between stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.

Your Qualifications
5-7 years of related experience
5 years of leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Business Insight - In-Depth understanding of the business
Optimizes Work Processes - Designs processes that allow managing from a distance.
Project management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships.
Detail oriented.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to develop and mentor others.
Management skills.
Required technology skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams), Visio, SQL.
