Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location: Seattle, WA

Salary Range: $66/hr

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team for a 6-month project. This role is crucial in developing technical solutions and enhancing business processes using the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Proven experience in leading a team of ServiceNow resources
  • Must have experience as a ServiceNow Architect
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Management (ITSM)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with web programming techniques
  • Familiarity with data transfer, integration, and support within the ServiceNow platform
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Guide a team in implementation, integration, and development on the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and administer technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Consult with business analysts and process leaders to develop technical solutions
  • Provide status reports and advise on options, risks, and impacts on ITIL processes
