Objective of the Job
This position focuses on problem solving by implementing actionable data-driven business solutions, predicting emerging trends, and providing recommendations to stakeholders through data analysis and modeling.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Uphold high integrity while supporting Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems.
- Identify business use cases in consultation with stakeholders, peers, and supervisors.
- Analyze data requirements, create models, and provide solutions (combination of ML and Analytics).
- Document processes and mentor team members.
- Participate in setting up an analytics platform for Self-Service Analytics.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Analytics and the use of Machine Learning algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability with visualization tools, ML frameworks, and related technologies.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to deliver projects on time.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
- Ability to work onsite or remotely from Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, or Mississippi, with occasional onsite visits as needed.
- This position does not supervise others; however, the scope of the role may change as the organization grows.
