We have an exciting direct-hire opportunity for you in Midland, TX Join a dynamic team where your expertise will help drive success in construction, transportation, and industrial projects. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to take their career to the next level
Pay: $35 - $38/hr (Based on experience) + a sign-on bonus + performance bonus incentives
- Sign-on Bonus: Receive $2,000 when hired, another $2,000 after 6 months, and an additional $2,000 after 1 year
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to $2,500 quarterly when project deadlines are met

What We're Looking For:
- A highly skilled mechanic with 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Management background.
- Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to troubleshoot and perform repairs.
- Experience with diagnostic systems and preventative maintenance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to workplace safety.
- A punctual, reliable work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections on a variety of heavy equipment , ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities , ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all equipment is up and running efficiently and safely.
- Relocation Assistance - Paid accommodations for the first 3 months to help you get settled in Midland, TX.
- Sign-On Bonus - Receive $2,000 when hired, another $2,000 after 6 months, and an additional $2,000 after 1 year.
