Are you an adult who already has experience in aquatics, education, childcare, customer service or in a similar field? We want YOU With full time and part-time shifts schedules available, make a career change or work 1 day a week. We pay for experience and leadership roles are available for the right candidate.

No experience? No problem We only require a passion for helping others and a fin-tastic personality, we'll teach you the rest.

What will you be doing?
Swim Instructors are responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by:
  • Teaching swimmers ages 4 months-12 years old using a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety and swimming skills.
  • Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class.
  • Working closely with supervisors during your shift
  • Shallow-water ELLIS Lifeguard Certification is required and offered throughout the year.


Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
