Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments at the cash register.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained.
  • Adhere to Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to ensure fresh and quality food is served.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking on positions such as Front Counter, Drive Thru, or Kitchen, as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Previous experience in operations is a plus
  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification may be required, depending on local regulations

Work Environment:

The kitchen can be hot with steam and food vapors, and workspace can be restricted. Team members should be comfortable standing for extended periods, preparing both hot and cold foods, and using kitchen equipment. The role may require lifting up to 50 lbs and reaching to serve customers. Adaptability to a fast-paced work setting and effective communication skills are key for success.

Pay Range: $21 per hour - $24 per hour. Individual pay depends on various factors including work location and experience.
