Respiratory Therapy Specialist
Join our team as a Respiratory Therapy Specialist, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and providing a diverse range of respiratory care procedures and diagnostic studies while documenting all interventions accurately.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and delivering respiratory treatments to improve patient outcomes.
- Inspecting, testing, maintaining, and operating respiratory care equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Skills in patient billing for respiratory services provided.

Important Details:
- This position is available for multiple openings for a Respiratory Therapy Specialist.
- This role requires an onsite presence during scheduled shifts.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
- Available Work Status: Full Time, Night Shift.
We are hiring for the following location:
- Covenant Children's Hospital - Lubbock, Texas
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA-approved institution, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Within 90 days: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
- Within 90 days: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- 1 or more years of experience, which may include the clinical segment of your training program.
Preferred Qualification:
- Coursework/Training: Flight Training.

Salary Information:
The listed salary range is the base pay; additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, incentives for extra shifts, or bonus opportunities.
