We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Associate to join the team in our Los Angeles office.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
YOUR TEAM.
This position will support our CHAMP Group. The CHAMP Group provides services to consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing clients. You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules
- Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals
- In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, provideregular performance coaching and feedback, while developingindividual technical and industry skills.
- Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concisedirection and leadership
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years' experience in a reputable public accounting firm
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
- CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam
- Commercial industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or other software a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skill

In California, the salary range for Assurance Senior Associates is $75,000 - $120,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus; generous paid time off; expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
