Product Owner- Digital Payments

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead Digital Payments initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and managing the end-to-end lifecycle for retail and small business digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to implement product roadmaps using agile methodologies.

• Focus on customer experience and continuous improvement through a digital-first mindset.

• Deliver value, refine charters, facilitate agile practices, translate strategy into actionable tasks, and lead product demos.

• Understand market trends and customer-centric design.

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for transfers and digital payments, managing strategy and execution to support business and customer needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external fintech partners, emphasizing roadmap development, market research, compliance, and human-centered design.

Qualifications:

• Product management experience in banking, fintech, or payments, with proven success in digital payments.

• Strong strategic and communication skills, agile experience, and knowledge of payment networks and regulatory frameworks.

• Relevant bachelor's degree.

• Experience in understanding market trends and customer-centric design.

• Ability to coach and lead teams, facilitating agile practices and translating strategy into actionable tasks.

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 in office Westwood MA or Johnston RI

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $102,000x - $140,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
