Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must have catheterization lab and experience (RCIS certification not accepted)
• Work in 3 Cath/EP/Hybrid/Structural Heart rooms
• 3 staff members per room with patient ratio of 3 per case
• Required to work 1 weekend per month and 1 night call per week (3:30 PM start)
• Night shift available on-call only
• Work with GE and Philips labs, Mac Lab/Cardiolab equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform typical procedures including left/right heart caths, angioplasty/stent, IVUS, ICE, atherectomy
• Handle atrial fib ablations, Micra ICDs, pacemaker, lead extraction procedures
• Assist with structural heart procedures: TAVR, TMVR, Tricuspid, LAAC (Watchman) PFO/ASD
• Must have cath lab circulating experience for RN role or scrub experience for Rad Tech role
• Mac Lab/Cardiolab experience preferred
• Required certifications: Registered Nurse License for Circulator role; Registered Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopy & ARRT license
• May float to Pre/Post care area called Cardiovascular Observation Unit
• May wear own scrubs or use blue hospital scrubs
• Must enjoy working hard as part of a team with upbeat/positive attitude

The facility operates multiple cath/EP/hybrid/structural heart rooms equipped with advanced GE and Philips technology, supporting a full range of cardiac procedures from diagnostic catheterizations to complex structural heart interventions. The facility maintains high standards for cardiac care and utilizes modern EMR systems to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
