Radiologic Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures for patients in surgery. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and comfort of patients while adhering to radiation safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radiographic procedures for patients in a surgery environment.
  • Cleans, maintains, and makes minor adjustments to radiographic equipment.
  • Protect patients and staff from radiation hazards.
  • Maintain radiographic supplies, film, and equipment.
Schedule

This position involves a shift of four 10-hour days, from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including every third weekend from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of x-ray experience is required.
  • Experience in operating room environments is required.
  • Current ARRT certification is mandatory.
  • BLS certification (AHA) is required.
