LPN - Women's Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic LPN to become a valuable member of our dynamic Women's Health team in an Ob/Gyn outpatient practice Enjoy a friendly, team-oriented work environment focused on efficient and compassionate patient care.
Position Details:
- Department/Unit: HBD - OBGYN Generalist
- Work Shift: Day
- Salary Range: $51,755.37 - $77,633.06
- Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and accurately record patients' vital signs.
- Document patients' medical history and components of care.
- Communicate openly and appropriately with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Assist in in-office procedures under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
- Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing and venipuncture for lab testing.
- Manage prescription call-backs within the scope of practice.
- Prepare patient charts with pertinent clinical information.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure examination rooms are stocked.
- Adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. is required.
- Previous experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to inquiries from patients, their families, and colleagues.
- Current LPN state licensure is required upon hire.
Physical Demands:
- Constantly standing, walking, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.
- Frequently lifting, carrying, reaching, grasping, and feeling.
- Occasionally climbing, balancing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
- Sitting is rare due to the nature of the work.
Working Conditions:
- Constant noise and frequent exposure to various hazards.
- Extreme cold, heat, humidity, and wet conditions are rare.
