Deskside Support Personnel

Location: Washington, DC- Hybrid, local candidates from DMV areas preferred

Duration: Long term

Candidate must have an Active Secret clearance

  • On-site technical support to serve Government personnel at facilities
  • Coordinate with end users to schedule on-site technical support visits
  • Update inventory and configuration management records at point of service
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents for end user devices
  • Restore end user data from backup
  • Maintain knowledge sharing to ensure familiarity with the environment
