About the Role:

Join a passionate, community-based pediatric therapy clinic where therapy is fun, functional, and family-focused. We specialize in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Gestalt Language Processing, and those using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).

Our state-of-the-art clinic features swings, sensory tools, and play-based therapy spaces designed to help children thrive. We believe in empowering families through parent coaching, collaboration, and compassion, while also giving back to our community.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide engaging, individualized therapy for children ages 1-12.
  • Support children with autism, language delays, apraxia, and other speech and language communication needs.
  • Partner with families to teach strategies that improve communication and connection.
  • Deliver therapy in person at our Fox River Grove, IL clinic.
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment with team meetings and outings.

Qualifications:
  • Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Illinois license and/or CCC-SLP (required)
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Early Intervention and parent coaching experience preferred
