Job Description
  • As the Director of Supply Chain-Cosmetics you will develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and meet business goals.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management within the cosmetics sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations.
  • Analyze and forecast supply chain trends to optimize processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all supply chain regulations and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Supply Chain-Cosmetics should have:
  • Bachelors degree in business or management.
  • Strong expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the cosmetics space.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • This role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
