  • Serve as a clinical expert in specialized areas, providing guidance and consultation to nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Candidate requirements Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with Clinical Nurse Specialist certification. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in clinical nursing practices, with a focus on a specialized area of care. Proven ability to lead and influence interdisciplinary teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
