An HR Generalist position in Spring Green, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role with a manufacturer is responsible for daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, payroll, administrating HR policies programs, employee relations, compliance, and training. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle recruiting and conducting new hire orientation and training
- Assist with employee relations including resolving issues and concerns with management
- Maintain and update HR policies and job descriptions
- Maintains accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of human resources experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Associate's degree in related field, SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment
