ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 1990, but my State Farm career began long before that-I started as a team member in my dad's office before earning the opportunity to run my own. State Farm truly runs in the family. My husband, son-in-law, daughter, brother, dad, and even two cousins are all State Farm agents as well.

We are a small office but we leverage the other offices in our family of agencies to motivate and learn from each other. With a small agency, the opportunity to learn and grow in your career will come so much faster.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:Kim Nava - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
