A well-established practice in Clinton, Iowa is actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to step into an existing, busy patient panel.

Whether you're just starting your career or looking to make a meaningful move, this is a full-time outpatient opportunity with hospitalist support available, flexible scheduling, and exceptional compensation all in a community known for its charm, safety, and affordability.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a team of 3 Internists and 1 APP in a collegial practice

  • Outpatient-focused with optional inpatient/hospitalist collaboration

  • Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no weekend clinic hours)

  • Walk into a busy, established patient base

  • Less than 15-minute commutes from anywhere in the city

  • Practice autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support

  • Collaborative subspecialty network: Rheumatology, Nephrology, Pulmonology

  • Welcoming new grads and experienced physicians

  • J-1 visa support available (No H-1B sponsorship)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary (share your expectations; to be discussed at interview)

  • $100,000 sign-on bonus

  • Loan repayment options available

  • CME stipend: $5,000

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (within 3 years of residency completion)
