This engineering position can be filled at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level. Below are the minimum qualifications for each level:
EXPECTED SALARY RANGE:
- Entry-Level - $85,000
- Mid-Level - $90,000 - $110,000
- Senior Level - $117,000 - $143,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will perform engineering and technical tasks to support nuclear plant operations, all under direct supervision.
KEY DUTIES:
- Ensure all engineering products comply with safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute engineering and technical tasks as assigned.
- Provide support for engineering functions.
- Assume other responsibilities as directed by management, including emergency response duties, department coverage, and support during outage activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
For Entry-Level E01 Engineer (New Graduate):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear).
- Meet minimum access requirements and undergo a favorable medical examination as needed.
For Mid-level E02 Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Meet minimum access requirements and undergo a favorable medical examination as needed.
For Senior E03 Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Meet minimum access requirements and undergo a favorable medical examination as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineer in Training Certification.
