As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be part of the Network Operations Department supporting the Infrastructure Team. Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Laurel, MD
Pay Range: $73/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide access control policies using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Architect scalable SD-WAN topologies and manage deployments across branch, cloud, and data center environments.
- Design resilient and scalable architectures leveraging Cisco Nexus platforms for data center routing and switching.
- Utilize Catalyst Center for network automation, telemetry, compliance, and assurance.
- Develop custom dashboards and alerts in Splunk for network monitoring and analytics.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive enterprise network engineering experience with Cisco technologies.
- Required certifications: CCNP or equivalent; preferred: CCIE, CCDP, or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, and Nexus switching platforms.
- Experience integrating network monitoring tools and working in hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (Python, Ansible, REST APIs) is a strong plus.
