Title: Senior Salesforce Engineer - Field Service | Hybrid (Columbus, OH) | Contract-to-Hire

About the Role: We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to modernize field service operations. You'll review Apex code, mentor developers, and design scalable solutions in Salesforce Field Service, with integrations to SAP S/4HANA (on SAP Rise). Strong functional understanding of work & asset management is important.
What You'll Do
  • Review Apex code; drive code quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions (dispatching, work orders, scheduling, mobile).
  • Integrate Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA on SAP Rise (APIs/Middleware).
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize field service and asset workflows.
  • Establish testing strategy and CI/CD for Salesforce (e.g., org strategy, packaging).
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 7+ years Salesforce experience; strong Apex and integration background.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) features and configuration.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA; understanding of work & asset management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; mentoring experience.
  • Local to Columbus, OH; onsite Tues-Thurs. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Work Setup
  • Type: 6-month contract-to-hire.
  • Location: Downtown Columbus, OH (Hybrid: Tues-Thurs onsite).
  • Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
  • Local candidates required.
