Join Our Team as a Warehouse Administrator

We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Management team to support daily operations, manage supplies, welcome visitors, coordinate scheduling, and assist across various areas of the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, distribute deliveries, and serve as the main point of contact for our Casey Warehouse.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records in both paper and digital formats.
  • Oversee daily warehouse tasks, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and prepping.
  • Provide ongoing training to both new and established team members.
  • Assist with fulfilling orders as needed.
  • Support recruitment and hiring efforts, including calling applicants, scheduling interviews, and following up throughout the process.
  • Mentor new hires and ensure onboarding and review processes are completed.
  • Handle additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time management.
  • Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Word, Excel, and similar tools.
  • Reliable work ethic and punctuality.
  • Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable staying focused while managing interruptions.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the company.
Additional Details
  • Salary: Starting at $19.00 per Hour
  • Shift: Five days a week in-person
