Job Description
Accounts Payable/Receivables: Keep records for multiple small companies, construction/real estate experience a plus. Enter proposals and invoices in our Quick Books accounting system. Should have a positive, outgoing attitude with Customers, Vendors and Office Staff. Be punctual. Exert good follow up with accounts receivable and possess good organizational skills and file keeping. Knowledge of accounting functions and accounting software.
