Clinical Supervisor - Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical supervision to Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the delivery of ABA therapy services.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism in collaboration with the treatment team.

  • Perform assessments and evaluations while closely monitoring progress to ensure client goals are met.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions.

  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure holistic care.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and research-based treatments to enhance service delivery.

  • Engage in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

  • Experience in ABA therapy or a related field is advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Flexibility to accommodate different schedules, including both part-time and full-time positions.
