Compensation: Our drivers average an impressive $105,000 per year.

Pay Breakdown:

  • $0.54 per mile; drivers typically cover around 1900 miles per week.
  • $0.14 per cubic meter (cube pay); the average is about 3000 cubes per week.
  • $40 per stop; drivers usually have 10-11 stops each week.
  • $50 for overnight stays; on average, drivers have 2-3 overnight stays weekly.

What You'll Do:

  • Transport products to vendors across the United States, providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and giving delivery updates.
  • Verify truck loads to ensure they match shipping documents.
  • Check truck equipment and supplies for road safety.
  • Communicate with supervisors for delivery and pickup instructions.
  • Unload products while adhering to the delivery schedule.
  • Use delivery verification scanners to record product receipt and signatures.
  • Maintain compliance with DOT and Marvin documentation standards.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • A commitment to safe and professional driving.
  • Preferred over-the-road driving experience.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL driver's license.
  • At least 1 year of experience driving Class A vehicles.
  • Physical capability to load and unload trailers and pass a physical assessment.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Meet all DOT requirements.
