Store Manager – Precision Tune Auto Care

We’re seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   What We Offer

Your Role
  • Lead, coach, and supervise your team to success
  • Manage sales, productivity, and overall store profitability
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
  • Oversee staffing and workflow to keep operations running smoothly
  • Address customer concerns and maintain strong Fleet relationships
  • Perform opening and closing keyholder duties
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of automotive service experience (5+ years preferred)
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Basic math and computer skills; flexible availability
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and bend frequently
  • Capable of climbing ladders and safely operating a vehicle
