Sr. Digital Exploitation Analyst

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph

We're seeking an experienced Exploitation Analyst to join a highly skilled, mission-driven team supporting national security at the highest levels. What You'll Do

  • Analyze complex operational and network data to drive mission objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of operational plans.
  • Conduct and oversee advanced CNO operations.
  • Create and interpret network diagrams to inform decision-making.
  • Write scripts to process and normalize data as needed.
  • Help shape the future by identifying and defining new tools and capabilities.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates across disciplines to achieve success.
  • Stay sharp by earning and maintaining on-the-job certifications.
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of related experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with agency tools and exploitation methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of networking technologies and artifact analysis.
  • Proven leadership in managing CNO projects.
  • Proficiency in Python (reading and writing) plus familiarity with other programming languages.
  • Experience working with malware signatures and large cybersecurity datasets (network traffic, OS events, etc.).
  • Understanding of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Background in production-level CNO capabilities and operations.
