To speak to a recruiter, call now Job Description: Class A CDL - Refined Fuel Driver - Boise, ID Estimated Annual: $94,000-$102,000/year Pay: $29.00-$31.50/hour Sign On Bonus: $3,000 We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. Our drivers enjoy the generous compensation and the excellent benefits package we offer, which are detailed below. Based on schedule and performance, drivers may be eligible to receive the below pay differentials: Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour Weekend Pay (both Saturday and Sunday schedule) = $1.50/hour In addition to pay differentials, drivers will receive the following compensation: Time-and-a-half pay for all hours over 40 in a workweek Safety Enhancement Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $1.00/hour Driver Trainer Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $25/day up to $500 + bonuses for successful post-training observations $10 meal coupon per shift redeemable at all company locations Our drivers enjoy the excellent benefits package we offer: Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage for self and family Company paid life insurance and long-term disability Company matched 401k up to 4% Paid time off, up to 5 weeks for tenured drivers Holiday pay for 9 holidays for full-time drivers and 3 holidays for part-time drivers Up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave for eligible drivers (mothers and fathers) Wellness offerings and perks, including free sleep apnea therapy, smoking cessation programs and weight loss coaching for drivers who participate in the health plan Opportunities for career advancement through leadership roles like Driver Trainer, Lead Driver, Field Supervisor and regional Safety and Operations Management Driver referral bonuses Benefits are subject to vesting and eligibility requirements. Estimated annual earnings assume a driver will work an average work week of 55 hours. After successfully completing the required training. During the required training period (spanning approximately 2 - 6 weeks following the driver's start date), drivers will earn $27.00.
