Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage large-scale, complex programs successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Develop strategies for program initiatives in alignment with business goals.
    • Define, plan, and manage overall program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Monitor and report program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Project & Resource Management

    • Oversee and coordinate multiple interdependent projects simultaneously.
    • Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects.
    • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and leadership.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong communication channels.
    • Produce and present program status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Risk & Issue Management

    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
    • Drive resolution of issues and conflicts that may impact program delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance frameworks.
  • Team Leadership & Guidance

    • Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Support project managers in execution, problem-solving, and escalation management.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex, and cross-functional programs.
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with program governance, resource planning, and budget management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or PMP certification preferred).
