Job Details

• Role: PT – Pediatrics
• Facility: CentraCare Plaza
• Location: Saint Cloud, MN
• Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic
• Start Date:
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4x9hr Days (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Charting: EPIC (experience preferred)
• Scrubs: Royal Blue

Requirements

• Active MN PT license (can submit without; temp license issued quickly once documents received)
• Minimum 1 year Pediatric PT experience
• BLS certification
• Must be comfortable treating pediatric population including:
- Developmental delays, torticollis, CP, orthopedic conditions, autism, Down syndrome, gait issues, toe walking, etc.
• Experience with pediatric standardized tests (PDMS, BOT)
• Must complete MN Livescan fingerprinting & onboarding requirements within required timeframes
• Accepts first-time travelers#K16
