Position Summary

As a bartender at Aurum Food & Wine, you'll be at the center of our guest experience, crafting delicious beverages and ensuring every guest feels valued. You'll play a key role in maintaining the vibrant, welcoming ambiance that keeps our patrons coming back for more.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and creativity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year of bartending experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings.
  • Personality: Friendly, approachable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
