Job Description Job Description About Us We are building out a new, modern web platform to support our growth. We're looking for a talented, versatile Full-Stack Web Developer who can own both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Build server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and integrate with databases. Architect and manage databases, including schema design, performance optimization, and data integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations to define requirements and deliver high-quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines where applicable. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack. Stay up to date with web development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Desired Skills & Qualifications Required: Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (or very strong experience in both front-end and back-end). Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with one or more frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.). Back-end: Experience with at least one back-end language/framework (e.g. Node.js, Python, Java, etc.). Database experience: relational (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases. Version control (Git) and basic DevOps/CI-CD knowledge. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work both independently and in a team. Preferred: Experience or interest in AI software development - integrating ML/AI features, working with AI-tooling, or building AI-powered products. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with containerization (Docker) or container orchestration. Exposure to test automation, performance optimization, and security best practices. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree required - preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
