Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Consultant Intern to support our internal systems, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and contribute to ongoing technology improvement projects. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build real-world experience in IT consulting, system analysis, and tech support.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in evaluating and improving internal tech processes
  • Provide basic technical support to staff and coaches
  • Research and recommend tools or platforms to streamline operations
  • Help implement IT best practices for security, file management, and productivity
  • Support website updates, CRM management, and cloud-based tools
  • Document tech procedures and create user-friendly guides

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in IT is a plus, but not required
