Flexible Scheduling
  • Weekday availability in Chapel Hill; weekends include late mornings and afternoons.
  • Weekdays in Durham; weekend mornings available.
  • Flexible hours in Fearrington; weekends involve late mornings and early afternoons.
  • Pittsboro offers weekday mornings, weekend mornings and evenings, plus Monday/Thursday/Friday afternoons.
  • Hillsborough is available for weekday mornings and afternoons.
  • Northern Raleigh has openings for weekdays and weekends, both mornings and afternoons.
  • Wake Forest provides early weekday opportunities and weekend afternoons.
  • Cary / Apex has flexible hours throughout the week and on weekends.
  • South Raleigh Suburbs offer weekday late mornings and afternoons, with Saturday late morning slots.

Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver
  • Build strong relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide essential personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • Access to reliable transportation (drivers preferred but not necessary).
  • A minimum of two professional references.
  • Willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and strong relationships.
  • Basic English language abilities in speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply).
  • Successful completion of any required compliance, licensing, or registration obligations.
