Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grandville that are seeking skilled Recruiters. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
  • Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including industry-specific job boards, technical schools, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit within a manufacturing plant.
  • Negotiate offers, manage pre-employment processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws.
  • Develop and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future manufacturing staffing needs.
Recommended Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for various roles within a manufacturing environment (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and attract qualified candidates using diverse methods.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations, roles, and the associated skill sets.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades or high-volume hourly positions.
  • Multilingual proficiency, particularly Spanish.
  • Experience with employer branding strategies for industrial sectors.
