Wize Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Installation Foreman to lead installation projects for loading dock equipment and industrial doors. In this role, you'll oversee a crew, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance of customer equipment. Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Lead and assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of dock levelers, restraints, doors, loading dock seals/shelters, and control wiring
  • Perform welding tasks as needed for installation, repair, or structural support
  • Manage project operations, including reviewing paperwork and ordering materials
  • Maintain communication with coordinators on schedules and project updates
  • Ensure safety compliance on all job sites
  • Keep trucks, tools, and consumables organized and stocked
  • Resolve installation challenges and communicate solutions clearly
  • Build strong customer relationships and represent Wize Solutions professionally

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Welding experience required.
  • 1-5 years of experience installing, repairing, or servicing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
  • Valid driver's license; ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.


Salary Description

$28 per hour
